July 2026 Wearable Breast Pump Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Close To The Heart ("the Promoter").

Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am NZST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 31 July 2026.

Only eligible purchases made during this period will receive entries.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia.

Employees of Close To The Heart and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Purchase any eligible maternity or breastfeeding bra from Close To The Heart during the promotional period.
• Every eligible bra purchased earns one (1) entry into the draw.
• Multiple entries are permitted. For example:
  • Purchase 1 bra = 1 entry
  • Purchase 2 bras = 2 entries
  • Purchase 3 bras = 3 entries
• Multiple entries may be earned within a single order.
• Only eligible maternity and breastfeeding bras qualify for entry. Other products purchased from Close To The Heart do not earn entries.
• No additional registration or action is required. Eligible entries are automatically recorded from your purchase.

Prize

One winner will receive one (1) wearable breast pump.

The prize:

• is brand new and unused;
• was purchased by Close To The Heart from The Lactation Station specifically for this giveaway;
• was manufactured approximately two years prior to this promotion, but has never been used or opened, has been stored appropriately, and remains in the same condition as when manufactured;
• will be supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty, where applicable. Any warranty claims after delivery will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or another product.

The winner may choose to keep the prize or give it to another person as a gift. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize, they may decline it, in which case a new winner will be drawn.

The prize is intended for the winner's personal use or to be given as a gift and is not intended for resale.

Draw

Each eligible bra purchased will be allocated a unique sequential entry number in the order eligible purchases are received.

The winner will be selected on 1 August 2026 using a random number generator to select the winning entry number.

The Promoter's decision is final.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address used to place their qualifying order.

The winner will have 48 hours from the time the notification email is sent to respond and claim their prize.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

The winner's first name may be published on Close To The Heart's website and/or social media pages. Where necessary to distinguish between individuals with the same first name, the first initial of the winner's surname may also be published (for example, "Sally J."). The winner's full name will not be published without their consent.

Shipping

The Promoter will ship the prize free of charge to a New Zealand address.

If the winner resides in Australia, the winner will be responsible for the cost of shipping from New Zealand to their Australian address. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are also the responsibility of the winner.

Returns & Exchanges

If an eligible bra purchase is returned for a refund or store credit, any entries associated with that purchase will be removed from the draw.

If an eligible bra is exchanged for another eligible maternity or breastfeeding bra, the original entry (or entries) will remain valid.

Relationship with The Lactation Station

The wearable breast pump was purchased by Close To The Heart from The Lactation Station.

This promotion is run solely by Close To The Heart. The Lactation Station is aware that the product has been purchased for this giveaway but is not sponsoring, endorsing, administering or otherwise associated with this promotion.

Privacy

Personal information collected through eligible purchases will be used only for administering this giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize, in accordance with Close To The Heart's Privacy Policy.

Facebook & Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Close To The Heart, not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta, and release those platforms from any liability in relation to this promotion.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
