Maternity and Nursing Sleep Bras

When you start to breastfeed, there is a lot to think about! Maternity and Nursing bras to wear overnight and for sleeping may not be at the top of your list... but they are important!  

Wearing a sleep maternity bra is also a popular choice for pregnant women, who like to feel supported and comfortable overnight, especially as your breasts grow and change.

When baby is born and your milk starts to come in, you may quickly find yourself looking for a sleep nursing bra to give you support overnight, and to keep breastpads in place (yup... leaking is a thing!)

It's important to find a nursing bra that is safe for sleeping. And by that we mean, a breastfeeding bra that is soft, comfortable, wire-free, and that won't dig in. 

If you sleep in a breastfeeding bra that is too tight, you risk compressing your milk ducts, causing them to get blocked and swollen. This can lead to mastitis - and trust us, this is something you want to avoid as much as possible.
