Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand 

We ship anywhere in New Zealand for flat rate of $9.99 to urban addresses and $12.99 to rural addresses. Shipping is free when you spend over $150. Please note that these prices hasn't changed since 1 April 2025 -we as a small business have absorbed all freight increases so far over 2026! 

Orders are sent by tracked courier. Orders usually take 2-4 business days to be delivered. Please allow longer if you live rurally.

Please note that orders are not usually packed on Mondays and Tuesdays due to my "real job" commitments. Where possible I can make exceptions and pack orders during those days but you must contact me at hello@closetotheheart.co.nz to request this. 

You'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 6 days delivery for rural locations. 

Shipping to Australia 

We deliver anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $30.00. Orders are sent by tracked courier with NZ Post. Please allow 10-14 days for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

Rest of world shipping 

We can ship outside of New Zealand and Australia, please enquire for a shipping price. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.  

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs and fees levied by your country. As the receiver of the shipment, you'll be responsible for paying these. 

Please contact us prior to making an order if you wish to have your order sent outside of New Zealand or Australia.
